Before we start any communications project, we like to measure current levels of awareness and understanding of the topic in your organisation. This creates a benchmark, to help provide the demonstrable evidence that change has taken place, once the project ends. We’ll make sure you can prove your investment with us by measuring engagement before, after and during the work we do with you, wherever possible.

Milly brings over 20 years’ internal communications experience to the team. As well leading on larger projects, Milly oversees our entire client services offering, ensuring all our clients receive a first-rate experience.


Andy HoweCreative Director

With his eye for a clever line and graphic device, Andy helps make the complex simple, and ensures our work always feels cutting edge.


Ian CookAccount Director

With a background in HR communication, Ian brings strategic and consultative support to all our projects as well as his editorial experience from a range of sectors.


Maurice DayAccount Director

Maurice joined us in early 2019 from Willis Towers Watson, and strengthens our strategic and consultative capacity with his specialism in UX thinking across all HR communication.


Susie PhillipsSenior Account Manager

Susie has over 10 years’ experience
in communications roles, bringing calm unflappability to all her work, as well as specific expertise in copywriting and tone of voice.

Paul brings our work to life through animation and film. As well as being our motion picture expert, Paul also contributes brilliant ideas to all our creative campaigns.

Priscilla SoobramaneyFinance Manager

Priscilla joined blue goose in 2019, bringing eight years’ of finance and accounting experience from a number of diverse industries to the team. She develops blue goose's long term financial plans, and is responsible for the financial health of the business.
