CGI came to us with the ambition to develop a new and differentiating EVP in a highly competitive market, to help improve their record of recruiting employees who would stick around long-term.
This was made more challenging by the dominance of big names recognisable to all possible talent, and the fact that CGI were hamstrung by a name that was better known for other things.
We brought CGI’s offer to life by focussing on what would differentiate them: the partnership model available to all employees; the first rate career development on offer; the chance to study as part of work programmes.
However, the primary difference was the breadth and quality of the projects new employees could expect to work on – as challenging as they were inspiring. If they didn’t know CGI by name, they would certainly know the companies CGI supported.
In short, it was the chance to Be Part of Something – amazing, inspiring, life-changing. We brought this to life with a memorable look and feel, lock-up and messaging to truly standout in all markets.
The new identity was rolled-out in multiple formats, digital and physical, and visible to both existing employees and potential recruits. The work was recognised by ‘Target jobs’ for ‘Best Attraction Strategy’ as voted for by graduates across the UK.
