Brilliance Award Winner: Internal Communications Strategy
The Brilliance in Internal Communications Strategy award was for our work with BP and ‘The Big BPme Rewards Challenge’. We were tasked with re-engaging BP’s frontline teams, empowering them to promote BPme Rewards to every customer. We developed a multi-channel strategy and creative campaign to engage frontline employees across the UK.
By combining physical activations, simple training, gamification, and a new digital Loyalty Hub, the campaign reached every dealer site, built engagement and delivered measurable uplift in customer loyalty across the UK network.

Gold Award Winner: Diversity and Inclusion
The Brilliance in Diversity and Inclusion Award recognised our ‘Change for Good’ programme of work with Royal Mail. The ambition was a culture reset at Royal Mail – inspiring and motivating employees but also tackling difficult issues such as bullying and harassment. After extensive research to understand the current workplace culture, we developed the ‘Change for Good’ programme which helped turn policy into practice with measurable outcomes.
This award is given to organisations that are ‘leading the way in creating inclusive, equitable, and empowering workplaces’ and those who ‘champion diversity across all areas – from leadership and recruitment to culture and community engagement’.

Gold Award Winner: Employee Experience
The Brilliance in Employee Experience Award celebrates our development of the new EVP proposition ‘We deliver MORE’ for Royal Mail. With 500 years of history, Royal Mail has been undergoing a transformation as it evolves for the future. A new EVP was required to engage with its 110,000 frontline workers and 20,000 back-office employees. We conducted in-depth research and focus groups to really understand its people and place community at the core of the strategy.
Brilliance judges recognise this award for the most outstanding initiative or programme that has ‘significantly enhanced the overall employee experience and demonstrates innovative approaches, strategic planning, and impactful execution.’
