The Brilliance in Employee Experience Award recognises the most outstanding initiative or programme that has significantly enhanced the overall employee experience within an organisation. This award honours efforts that demonstrate innovative approaches, strategic planning, and impactful execution, resulting in a more engaged, satisfied, and productive workforce.
