Triple gold for Blue Goose at Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2026

‘Courageous’; ‘Impressively strategic’; and ‘Brilliantly original’ – just some of the words used by the Internal Communications and Engagement (ICE) Awards 2026 judges to describe the three gold wins for Blue Goose and our clients.

Huge congratulations to our teams and the brilliantly talented people at Royal Mail, Computacenter and bp for taking home the highest honours:

Best DE&I Initiative (Gold) – Royal Mail
Best Innovation (Gold) – Computacenter
Best Engagement of Disparate or Remote Workforce (Gold) – bp

Solving complex workforce challenges requires immense trust.
And thanks to the trusted relationships with our partners we approach these areas differently but always through our ‘Intelligent Creativity’ model – a model designed to tell stories in the most impactful way.

Ben Watson, owner and strategy director at Blue Goose, said: ‘We’re very proud of the work and the impact it has on people within the organisations of our clients. Success is fuelled by collaboration, strategic thinking and creativity. Three gold awards is testament to those trusted relationships we have and the efforts from the clients and the Blue Goose teams. Well done to all involved.’

Real culture change happens when every single person feels empowered to play a part and build an environment where everyone can thrive. Royal Mail took a grassroots approach to inclusion. Together, we created, ‘Change for Good‘, a campaign built on personal empowerment and shared commitment.

Through the #ImIn pledge initiative, colleagues across the business took active ownership, publicly sharing how they would foster respect, support one another and lead by example. The result is a stronger, more united workplace culture… and a gold for Best DE&I Initiative at the ICE Awards.

With Computacenter we scooped Gold for ‘Best Innovation’ with the ongoing cyber security campaign, ‘BeReady’.

Technology isn’t the only cyber risk. Security fatigue can be destructive to your business. Standard annual training usually gets tuned out quickly. Engagement drops, compliance becomes a tick-box exercise, and human risk stays exposed. So how do you keep a workforce engaged on cyber security over six full years? You constantly evolve.

To keep security top-of-mind for Computacenter, we replaced repetitive lectures with 1980s themed fitness parodies, cinematic ‘Command Center’ missions and interactive challenges. We wrote the narrative, scripted, designed and directed the film to create these engaging stories.

The result? Sustained multi-year engagement at Computacenter.

Finally, we won Gold for Best Engagement of Disparate or Remote Workforce at the 2026 for our customer centricity campaign with bp.

bp came to us with a specific challenge – shifting frontline behaviour across the entire UK retail network.

Our solution: ‘The Big BPme Rewards Challenge’, an internal campaign built on simple training, habit prompts, and site-level competitions.

The challenge has been a huge success, with 83% of bp sites increasing customer loyalty transactions year-on-year.
